Andrew & Tyler are back, and to kick off the new season they've chosen the most explosive movie they could think of: The Boondock Saints Join the guys as they dissect this classic of late 90s cinema filled with gun play, outrageous accents & some very questionable morality! Boondocks Cream Ale (Jameson, Ginger, Lemon Cream Ale) - 5 gallons (90 minute mash, 90 minute boil) Grain: 7lb 2-Row Malt 2lb Munich Malt 0.5lb Honey Malt Hops: 0.5oz Cascade (90 minutes) 0.5oz Cascade (20 minutes) 0.5oz Saaz (5 minutes) Adjuncts: Peel of 1x lemon peel and juice (15 minutes) 4oz of chopped fresh ginger root (15 minutes) 1tsp Irish Moss (15 minutes) Yeast: California Yeast (can substitute for American Yeast) Secondary: Soak oak chips in Jameson Whiskey during primary fermentation. Add chips and whiskey to fermented beer and steep to taste.
