Another Friday is upon us and that means a brand new episode of Oilersnation Radio is here and set to lead you into the weekend. This week, we look back at last weekend's BOA, a big win over the Predators on Tuesday night, and what to expect as the Oilers head into their bye week.   To kick off this week's podcast, we got started with a look back at the #NationRoadTrip to Calgary that happened last weekend along with all the shenanigans that went with it. From the Zack Kassian suspension to the charitable initiatives that spawned from that game, there was plenty to talk about as we tried to make sense of what went down. From there, we looked at Caleb Jones' new contract, what everyone thought about it, and what it means for the state of the defence moving forward. Does having Jones locked in for two years mean that a move on defence is coming? From there, we moved onto the NHL's Player Department of Safety and how inconsistent they've been when dolling out justice to cheaters around the league. As an example, Zack Kassian spoke about targetted hits being legal and how he will remember that moving forward, so we wondered if the league is doing enough when it comes to keeping its players safe. To close out this week's podcast, we finished up with the hot and cold performers of the week which looked at the best and worst performances from the past seven days. As always, it was a jam-packed episode of Oilersnation Radio and one that you'll definitely want to give a listen.
