Billy King traded for Ricky Sanchez. Also, Billy King was the Sixers general manager from 1998 until 2007, and then the Nets GM from 2010 until 2016, and a lot happened in those years. Drafting Andre Iguodala, trading Allen Iverson, the famous Celtics trade when he was with the Nets, as well as trading for Deron Williams. We talked to Billy about his time as GM of both teams, the current NBA climate, and Elton Brand’s hiring as Sixers GM, and their chances for an NBA title.
