Bill George is the former CEO of Medtronic, a medical device company with around 100,000 employees around the world. He’s also a senior fellow at the Harvard Business School and author of the new book, True North: Leading Authentically in Today's Workplace, Emerging Leader Edition which comes out in August.

He first became a leader in 1970 at the age of 27 and he’s been on a mission to transform organizations and leaders ever since!
