TD GARDEN -- The Boston Celtics defeated the Toronto Raptors 112-106 in their home opener on Friday night. The Celtics were without Enes Kanter and Tacko Fall to begin with, so when Daniel Theis went down with an ankle injury there were concerns about the five position. Rookie Grant Williams stepped up to the plate and exceeded expectations in just his second NBA game ever.

Sierra Goodwill and Josue Pavon spoke about Williams' performance as well as the combined 50 points put up by Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
