The US and the UK have delayed a decision on whether to allow Ukraine to use long-range Western-supplied missiles to strike military targets inside Russia.

At the centre of the talks - between US President Joe Biden and Britain's Prime Minister Keir Starmer - was the Storm Shadow, which is a British-French missile that the UK supplied to Kyiv last year but has not been given the green-light for use outside Ukrainian borders.
