While most of the Cincinnati Bengals 2022 roster is already set, there were still plenty of jobs on the line going into the final preseason game.

The Bengals defense came up big against the Los Angeles Rams in the 16-7 win, but some key positions still need to be decided.

The play of left guard Jackson Carman who is still battling Cordell Volson for a start against the Pittsburgh Steelers in two weeks, and a defense that saw draft pick Zach Carter and Jeff Gunter continue to impress while local product, Tegray Scales looked to find a roster spot.

One of the biggest questions going into the final preseason game remained who would win the punting job for 2022. Veteran Kevin Huber is trying to hold off Drue Chrisman for the job, and both were given chances to showcase their strengths.

The big tight end out of Springboro, Ohio, and the University of Kentucky has proven his ability to block, but against the Rams, Rigg caught his first touchdown pass. So has the local product done enough to push for a roster spot?
