Last week justice Anthony Besanko found in favour of three newspapers when he decided that claims they made about former SAS soldier Ben Roberts-Smith being a war criminal, were mostly true.

So now that a judge in a civil trial has found that to be true, could this lead to a criminal conviction too?

Today we look at the case that has brought the Victoria Cross medal winner undone and what that means for him and others in the SAS who have been accused of the same.
