How do you stay connected to the loved ones you have lost? We are able to honor the lives of those we have lost while still moving forward on our own when we work to recover from grief.

In this episode, I am joined by the inspiring Jennifer Osler-Bolton. Jennifer is a wife, widow, mom, and stepmom. After the sudden and tragic death of her first husband, Jennifer had to learn how to navigate life with loss while raising two children and finding balance between grief and hope. Since remarrying and becoming a blended family, Jennifer has discovered that the pain of her grief became the power of her recovery, and the promise of healing was in her persistence of believing. Throughout this episode, Jennifer talks about the loss of her late husband, her experience going through the Grief Recovery Method, what she has taught her children about loss and grief, and so much more.

Tune in to hear about Jennifer’s grief recovery journey after losing her late husband and what she has learned about healing, parenting through grief, and finding love again.
