Mesa Airlines throws another investment at the wall
Mesa Airlines has invested in electric air boat maker Regent. This continues Mesa’s forward looking—or foolhardy—investments and orders for electric aircraft due for delivery near the end of the decade.

The US Department of Justice is opposing a legal challenge by families of the victims of the two 737 MAX crashes to the deferred prosecution agreement the department reached with Boeing. The FAA has proposed
new guidelines for the employees of aircraft manufacturers charged with certifying aircraft. The FAA is hosting cellular network engineers on flights designed to determine the effects on aircraft in real world settings. And Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian wrote to the Attorney General this week requesting the creation of a national no fly list for unruly passengers.
