This week Ada Calhoun joins Catt in her virtual bedroom to discuss her book "Why We Can't Sleep: Women's New Midlife Crisis," and share insight into the many struggles Gen X women (and, frankly, all women) face today.

Ada opens up about her personal struggles that inspired the book, from financial issues to career roadblocks, and why it's so crucial to destigmatize the changes women go through in middle age. She shares stories from real people she interviewed for her book, talks about the importance of lowering our expectations - especially in the time of Coronavirus -- and explains why we need to stop comparing ourselves to others.

Also in this episode, Catt continues to share details of her own journey with perimenopause, and why taking a social media hiatus was exactly the medicine she needed at this time.
