The Atlanta Falcons were able to get a win against the Houston Texans 21-19. Desmond Ridder led the offense down the field for Younghoe Koo to kick the game winning field goal. Arthur Smith is starting to look like he trusts his quarterback to throw the football because the Falcons did not have success running the football on Sunday. Tenitra, Tori, Aaron and Jarvis talked about their big takeaways from the win on Sunday at Mercedes Benz stadium. Secondly, the Falcons’ offensive line protected Ridder in a great way as they gave up zero sacks against that young Texans’ defense. Kaleb McGary suffered a knee injury and had to leave the contest. However, Storm Norton filled in nicely in his absence. The team talked about whether or not they were concerned or confident about the relationship between Ridder and Kyle Pitts. Lastly, the Falcons have another home game against the Washington Commanders next week before they head back out on the road. The team talked about what the Falcons have to do in order for the Falcons to make two wins in a row.
