After the home side’s Leicester-born boss Ian Burchnall addresses the Jämtkraft Arena public, we speak to Jamie Hopcutt about his journey from teenage rejection at York City to giant-slaying under Graham Potter in the Europa League. The midfielder tells us about going from early trepidation to scoring perhaps the most famous goal in the club’s history against Galatasaray, as player and club have enjoyed a meteoric rise from the Swedish lower divisions to top-flight residency and silverware together.
