Eric and Brett will discuss game 2 of the Houston Astros vs. Rays following the AL West clinching game Monday night. The Astros were facing Cy Young hopeful Shane McClanahan and put up five runs against him as he left early with an injury. Jeremy Peña had a great day, and the Astros have an excellent record with him batting second.

The rookie Yainer Diaz got his first MLB hit after not playing for a while. Cristian Javier showed for four innings that he should be a starter in the playoffs. He showed a little wildness in the fifth but still pitched five shutout innings.
