The Cincinnati Reds will have 28 players on the Opening Day roster, 13 of which will be non-pitchers. Jeff and Steve discuss how David Bell will divvy up his roster as they believe it will be with seven infielders and six outfielders. With those numbers some key names could be left off including Shogo Akiyama, Colin Moran, and TJ Friedl. Jeff then discusses the Cincinnati Reds organizational philosophy for building a playoff-caliber team, as according to the messaging Bob Castellini tried to present. Jeff does this by himself as Steve's power was traded for a player to be named later right before the third segment.
