The 'Picasso' artworks hanging in a toilet at Tasmania's Mona gallery are revealed to be fakes, with the artist responsible saying during the three-year-long ruse she "fantasised there would be a scandal". But a letter from the Picasso Administrator forced her to come clean, and admit the works are fake.
