We had to double up on Arrow episodes this week. First in Training Day, the SCPD (out of all the incompetent fictional police departments) has the audacity to try to get Oliver and the team to follow their procedures. It goes about as well as you'd expect. Then in Star City 2040, Mia Smoak wants all the smoke. Plus, Rene of the future snitches at least 2 times this episode. It's in his DNA.  Also, we're quickly approaching the end of the season and this can't end well.
