Around the House this week: It used to be a California thing. Last year you saw the power company pulling down power when the winds went up and the dry air was blowing. Now we can expect that to happen across the Western US. Are you ready? Do you have water, fuel and a generator?

With the hot dry weather we are seeing already this season you should be ready for this to happen anytime in the US. I would be extra prepared for the West Coast.
