CHIME #1 (skip ahead 1 minute 15 seconds) He never gave them a problem. He didn’t curse them, he didn’t fight back, he didn’t do nothing. He just said, "I just want to go home and go to sleep." Cheney comes up, they search him and put him in the front seat of the police car. it was in June 99, 90 degrees, windows rolled up, they didn’t’ leave the air conditioner on it. So, he just sat there in that car. My son is handcuffed behind his back, with the lap seatbelt on, the seatbelt across his shoulder. And one of them hollered and I think it was Cheney, "Gun. I see a gun." The windows were tinted, and they are standing closer than we are and one of them allegedly see a gun and they shot him 14 times at point blank range.
