Glitter Cat is a non-profit organization that provides free resources to baristas who want to compete in coffee competitions—every year, baristas from around the United States come together to show off their coffee skills in a number of different competitions, and Glitter Cat specifically lowers the barrier to entry for people of marginalized identities by providing coaching, financial assistance, and a support network of other coffee folks invested in improving the coffee industry.
