As the curtain comes down on the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, we review all the action on and off the track. The event has delivered some scintillating performances, but issues around attendances, doping, human rights and the environment have dogged the events inside the arena. We do our best to analyse everything as well as looking back at where Great Britain and Northern Ireland won and lost medals. There are two other world championships currently taking place: John has the latest from Stuttgart following British Gymnastics in Germany as they aim for Olympic qualification and Michael rounds up the news from Russia where the Women's World Boxing Championships are taking place. We speak to GB Boxers Lauren Price and Rosie Eccles. Team GB has named its first athletes for Tokyo 2020: 12 sailors have been named to compete in Japan on the water in Enoshima. We run down who to look out for at the regatta. We also have news on the rest of the world of Olympic & Paralympic sport including The Lionesses, hockey, rugby sevens and para swimming.
