On this episode of "Make It Cute" Miles talks about his Spotify Wrapped and just the meaning of music in general. We cover a lot of different topics within music, and learn a little bit more about how music has affected Miles and memories that he shares with certain songs. Miles's Favorite Childhood Bacon Cheddar Fries: Cheese sauce ingredients: Heavy whipping cream Cheese of choice (bagged/pre-shredded) Fries: Potato High smoke point oil (Avocado, Canola, Sunflower) Kosher Salt Bacon (cooked and crumbled) To make the fries, wash and peel 2 potatoes and cut into your desired fry shape (we love all fries). Then soak fries in water for 30 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Pat dry. Coat in high smoke point oil and add to your air fryer. Air fry at 325F for 5-6 minutes. Then rest them 5-10 minutes coat with a bit more oil and air fry for 4-5 minutes at 375F. Sprinkle with salt. Set to the side. Cheese sauce is super easy. Warm your heavy cream in a small saucepan, about a cups worth. Once simmering, slowly add in handfuls of shredded cheese until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Assemble your fries! Base layer of fries, then drizzle cheese sauce, then top with bacon crumbles! Enjoy immediately while listening to Dammit for the full experience. Hot Pink Watermelon Martini 2 oz watermelon schnapps/liqueur 2 oz vodka .5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice Club soda to top Combine watermelon schnapps and vodka in a shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds. Then add lime juice and shake again until shaker tin is frosty. Strain into a martini glass, top with club soda. Drizzle a bit of grenadine down the side of the glass if you're feeling fancy!
