-I am a father to three kinds of relationships:

(1)  A son that was planned within a marriage,

(2) A daughter that was unplanned with a person who I considered to be a friend, and

(3) A daughter who is not biologically mine, and who doesn't know her biological dad, but whose birth I attended, and whose initial years were spent in my home, and calls me daddy.

-Since modern life can easily work against foundational health & family life, I spend much of my time implementing Ancient Wisdom.

-Thankfully, health in my home feels rather simple.

-I am an advocate of alternative schooling, and I have tried homeschooling at times.

-As a Holistic Health Educator, I teach my kids to understand the foundations of: Breathing, Movement, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset.

-I feel that I was a born-to-be dad, yet fatherhood definitely didn't turn out the way that my Disney mind expected, and so I've had to let go of a lot of things...
