Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Alex became a session guitarist and eventually reached a plateau, then moved to Miami looking to advance his career. His career took off and today he works with loads of Latin American artists, including Shakira, Ricky Martin, Julio Iglesias Jr., Chayanne, among others. In addition, he has toured and played with Lou Gramm (Foreigner), John Payne (Asia FJP), Steve Augeri (Journey), Julio Iglesias, Julio Iglesias Jr., Enrique Iglesias & others

He’s a member of the house band for the Latin Grammys and the Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame. Alex was nominated for the Latin Grammy’s as a Producer for the latin icon Ednita Nazario. He’s composed music for Discovery Channel TV shows, Matador Series (El Rey) and TV commercials. Alex also just wrapped up the biggest artist tour of 2022, as the touring guitar player for Bad Bunny.
