Jonathan Overend is joined by former Manchester City midfielder Michael Brown, former Manchester United player Jonathan Greening and former Newcastle striker Shola Ameobi to reflect on Sergio Aguero’s hat-trick in Manchester City’s 3-1 victory over Arsenal. The panel discuss whether Aguero is the best striker in Premier League history and also analyse Marcus Rashford’s performances for Manchester United and Gonzalo Higuain opening his goal scoring account for Chelsea against Huddersfield. After Match of the Day commentator Jonathan Pearce announced on 5Live that his sources tell him Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is going to be offered the United manager’s job permanently, the team debate whether he will get it. And it may be unlucky for some, but the black cat that pitch invaded during the Everton v Wolves game certainly brought out the best in the BBC’s John Acres who expertly commentated on the cat’s debut at Goodison Park.
