Our guest is Dr. Zoe Martinez, a Board Certified Psychiatrist who specializes in children and adult ADHD and she is also a clinician at Done Mental Health Services.  Done offers online services to diagnose and treat ADHD.

Women are 50% less likely to be diagnosed with ADHD. Many women chalk symptoms up to hormones or a busy schedule but if you have trouble focusing, prioritizing facts or remembering appointments and schedules, it may be more.
