Submit ReviewAdam Rogers Interview: Make SURE you listen to an AMAZING lesson on defining yourself and how to get the universe behind your efforts (at the 2:18:20 mark on video, a little later on audio) INCREDIBLE stories here, playing NYC jazz clubs at 17 with the Gil Evans Orchestra, Bill Evans & others… Playing with John Pattitucci, Alana Davis, Michael Brecker (and his influence on Adam’s life), Paul Simon, Pat Metheny (and the unusual group he and Pat belong to), busking on the streets of NYC for 5 years (and the MANY lessons he learned from this), touring the world with a klezmer clarinetist… his cool guitars, being obsessive, Lake George, doing ONE thing really well, his musical parents, being honest with yourself. Totally amazing conversation, great call from an insanely talented player
