Now that it has been almost 4 months since Georgia's governor signed HB 481 - better known as a heartbeat bill - it seems to have faded into the background. Now there are also only 4 months until 2020 when the bill becomes the law. With that in mind, this episode's guest is Alison Currie, a medical malpractice defense attorney in Georgia. She breaks the bill down from a lawyer's perspective and goes into how it could negatively impact people who are against abortions.

The Who's that Lady (from History)? is Alyce Faye Wattleton.
