A new dramatic play explores the dynamics Black employees face in white-dominant workplaces through the lens of a creative studio assistant named Jordan (played by Naomi Lorrain) and her new colleague, the "director of culture" who is also named Jordan (played by Toby Onwumere). Playwright Ife Olujobi, director Whitney White and actress Kate Walsh who plays the creative studio's owner, Hailey joins us to discuss the show, which is running at The Public Theater through Sunday, May 12.
