A new book tells the inside story of the culture of Apple and its trajectory after the passing of the company's co-founder and CEO, Steve Jobs. Author Tripp Mickle, technology reporter for the New York Times, interviewed more than 200 Apple employees to uncover how the company tried to reimagine itself after the death of Jobs, the power struggle between Tim Cook and Jony Ive for control, and where Apple sees itself in the future of big tech. Mickle joins us to discuss his reporting and his book, After Steve: How Apple Became a Trillion-Dollar Company and Lost Its Soul.
