SPOILERS!!!

FOR ALL PUBLISHED BOOKS IN #GRRM'S A Song of Ice and Fire AS WELL AS ALL TELEVISED EPISODES OF HBO'S Game of Thrones...

Born amidst salt and smoke- Just off the Long Island Expressway- Beneath a bleeding star...

Be it in bad taste to say that Catelyn Stark's narrative in #ASoIaF comes to a screeching halt?

Mayhaps you feel it is if you are a big fan of Lady Catelyn. However, if you are a big fan of Lady Catelyn, this is likely not a podcast you will enjoy listening to. That said, has anyone really gone on record saying that Catelyn Stark is their favorite character from A Song of Ice and Fire or Game of Thrones? Not bloody likely.

#TPTWP pick up where Catelyn left off with the irreparable damage caused by her not-well-thought-out decision to release The Kingslayer from Riverrun's dungeons. From there, the piss-poor decision-making seems to migrate from Lady Catelyn to her suddenly clueless son, King Robb, who somehow blanks on the lifetime of lessons he learned from his wise father during three or four key moments in A Storm of Swords; moments that ultimately lead to the downfall of not only him, his dingbat mother, and his ancient House, but also hundreds of thousands of Northmen and Rivermen who were gullible enough to bend the knee to a sixteen-year-old boy and his overzealous mom.

Kick back, grab a beverage, and shake your head in frustration along with John and SeannieWan as they dive deep into the Catelyn Stark narrative from A Storm of Swords and keep it as painless as recounting Catelyn Stark's decisions can possibly be.

The beautifully detailed cover art for A Catelyn of Swords is titled A Price of Honour. The artist is Nejna Jasna and more of her professional, exceptional work can be found on her home page, which by the way, is located right the F HERE.

The Princes That Were Promised are John and SeannieWan. Every week they tear apart Westeros and sift through the pieces to bring their Leal and Loyal Subjects the history of the Realm and The Known World from both George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire and HBO's adaptation, Game of Thrones.
