Bad things can happen to good people. Good contractors that have outdated technology in doing repairs can end up looking like a bad contractor when they dont take continuing education and update how they do business seriously.

This project has gone sideways. The contractor that didnt deal with concrete dust in a basement that looks like the violated the Table 1 silica dust rules and there will be a big cleaning bill in this house.
