In this episode, I spoke to Jordan Schwarzenberger, the manager of The Sidemen, one of YouTube’s biggest collectives of content creators, Europe’s largest YouTube collective.

It’s an extremely interesting episode to see the behind the scenes of what goes into creating one of the most successful YouTube collectives on the planet, while also creating their own brands like a vodka, a subscription service and a chicken brand, to offer more to their audience and take them beyond YouTube.

We covered:

  • How Jordan personally got into the role as the manager of The Sidemen at such a young age, as well as revealing some behind the scenes when it comes to creating their other brands and businesses as well as negotiating with brands such as Revolut

  • What it’s like to manage The Sidemen on a daily basis and who within them is more hands-on with the businesses

  • Where he wants to take The Sidemen next and mentioning some challenges when it comes to managing their colossal brand that people don’t see
