Ber Quinn is a sound engineer and producer who has worked with the likes of The Divine Comedy, Villagers, John Grant, and Lisa Hannigan. He joined Alan and Sarah to talk about Disney’s Aladdin. We talked about the art style, the origin of Disney’s version of the story, Robin Williams, Alan Menken’s liberal borrowing of his previous work for the songs in Aladdin, Disney’s queercoded villains, and just generally had a good old Juvenalia chat about the diamond in the rough and his friends and enemies.
