About My Guest:

Eddy is the founder of Acting Up.

His passion and purpose is to help you find yours. And support you to achieve the success you are worthy and capable of.

He's been a professional actor, director and acting coach for over 25 years, appearing in everything from Hollywood blockbusters and state theatre company productions to cheesy commercials. Honing his craft led him to study with some of the world’s greatest actor trainers, which formed the foundation of his approach to acting.

He also spent over 10 years working as a sales professional and sales coach. Early in his sales career he realised that sales, like acting, requires a deep understanding of human behaviour. And success in both industries requires powerful, persuasive communication.

His rapid success attracted interest and he soon began coaching his peers on applying the techniques of stage and screen to presenting, pitching and effective goal-based communication.

What we Discussed:

- Mentorship

- Coming 2nd in a contest with 1
