If you want to make more money there are two main ways to do so. You either get more customers or you sell more to every single customer you have.  Ideally you want a combination of both.   Over the next few weeks, I'm going to share 5 opportunities you have with every single customer to actually make them more valuable. The first stage is the very first communication you have with the client at the enquiry stage.  We call that Scoping.  Scoping is a wonderful way to turn one speech into more than a speech or expand the brief at the time of enquiry.
