Speaking truth

I haven't even finished this episode and I'm compelled to give it a review. Simply put, this one nails it. There is a cultural norm in the US and I'm sure other countries too, around who should work and what that looks like. The discrimination runs so deep and rampant. Hillary's description of the difference between clip art "working dad" and clip art "working mom" is so telling of the difficulty working mothers face. They also get in to interesting discussion around working fathers who want to be more than the baseball coach, who want to share in the pick up, sick day, etc duties and how they are punished too. Really good insightful look at some deep truths about working and parenting in modern day US.
