Today, we look at ways of combatting the desire to be perfect and being trapped in old comfort zones. There’s a lot of fun to be had in life, and that should run through every fiber of your training. So many of us get caught up in today’s result rather than looking at the long term arc. Anything worthwhile in life comes over time. Progress is the goal, not perfection.
