In 1983, a girl is found murdered and decapitated in Missouri and has remained unidentified for more than 35 years. Investigators who found her named her Hope and Little Jane Doe. Investigators have tried to remain opportunistic that one day they will be able to send her home. But to this recording, police have little evidence and no leads to her identity and of that of her killer.
