Submit ReviewSometimes we struggle to leave our old self behind in order to become a new version of ourselves, but it’s important to understand that this is a process. In today’s episode of What You’re Craving Podcast, Molly welcomes Elisa. Elisa is a member of The Breaking up with Sugar Facebook Group and is in the process of changing – like Elisa we’re all a work in progress. Molly shares with her and with the listeners how thoughts can trick us into thinking that we’re not safe, that we’re not worthy, or that we need to fall into old habits just to feel secure. Tune in!
