Dan Koch is in the middle of a PHD program, dedicating his life to studying and doing therapy in the Christian/post-Christian online space. The small, off-beat, corner of the internet, and a certain generation, is emerging to be a field of study with its own experts, and is a growing and perhaps pivotal group for the unfolding future. How all of this unfolds is very critical.  As people leave the religion and church practices of the past, we see more and more that the religious tendencies built within us are not so easy to mute. Moving forward, we see new norms and tribes rapidly emerging with familiar human dynamics.  It will be important to engage, participate, and even contend for this space to be healthy and balanced. But is that possible, or is it a losing battle?
