The White Sox acquired (RP) Ryan Tepera from the Cubs in exchange for lefty prospect Baily Horn 2. Cleveland second baseman (2B) César Hernández is headed to the White Sox for minor league left-hander Konnor Pilkington. 3. (2B/3B) Eduardo Escobar traded to the Milwaukee Brewers, Arizona Diamondbacks receive minor-leaguers Cooper Hummel and Alberto Ciprian. 4. The Astros acquired right-handed reliever Yimi García from the Marlins in exchange for prospects Bryan de la Cruz and Austin Pruitt. 5. The Marlins dealt outfielder Starling Marte to the Oakland A’s in exchange for left-hander Jesus Luzardo. 6. Seattle Mariners acquired left-handed starter Tyler Anderson from the Pittsburgh Pirates for (C) Carter Bins and right-hander Joaquin Tejada. 7. Blue Jays acquired (RP) Brad Hand in exchange for catcher Riley Adams.
