Johns Hopkins pediatric hepatologist Dr. Kathryn Smith talks with Stephanie Desmon about hepatitis in children and what we know and don’t know about this particular phenomenon. Ultimately, she says, it’s a question of whether this really is something new or if we’re just now noticing patterns that already existed.
