On November 16th, 1979, the body of Irene Pearson was found in the basement of a display home in Winnipeg Manitoba.

The 31-year-old realtor had been brutally beaten and stabbed.

For over 40 years the person who committed this crime has evaded prosecution.

In the summer of 2020 retired WPS Officer Andrew Mikolajewski made contact with a man who was interviewed in connection with the murder.

In this episode, we speak with Andrew about Irene’s murder and what the man revealed to him.
