On Mondays, I will be posting a podcast recording of previously recorded book reviews. These are books that have impacted me that I want to share with you. In August, in my book reviews, I focus on different books on habits. I share many of the habits I have built over years and the lessons I have learned as I have worked on this life skill. These are the books that have helped me develop better, more productive, more positive, more proactive habits.
This week’s book review is The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan. This book has impacted me so much that I can quote the central question of the book verbatim. This book helps you to decide what you should do next - no matter what circumstance you are in. This question is revolutionary because it helps us to make our lives easier or extra tasks unnecessary. In the video, I detail how I used this process to develop my house cleaning system so that I always made progress and I never moved backwards.
