A new report by Hindenburg research alleges the SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch and her husband Dhaval Buch had stakes in offshore funds used allegedly for siphoning of money by Vinod Adani, brother of Gautam Adani, to manipulate the financial markets.
