Submit ReviewBrendon Burchard | High Performance Habits | Book review by Lisa Woodruff | Organize 365
On Mondays, I will be posting a podcast recording of previously recorded book reviews. These are books that have impacted me that I want to share with you. In August, in my book reviews, I focus on different books on habits. I share many of the habits I have built over years and the lessons I have learned as I have worked on this life skill. These are the books that have helped me develop better, more productive, more positive, more proactive habits.
The first book review on habits is for High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become That Way by Brendon Burchard and Hay House. The book helped me to build a habit of Prolific Quality Output (PQO) where I focus on creating a LOT of quality content which has helped move the needle in my business and life. The book looks at major companies that have found success using this model and I share some of them in the video.
The second major habit change I learned from this book is progressive mastery. Brendon details the 10 steps and I share how I applied these principles inside of Organize 365. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!
You can also watch this as a video review on YouTube.
