This episode was recorded at my panel at the Leviosa Convention! I loved being able to present and engage in conversations with fans of all ages. I based my discussion on the book Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds by adrienne maree brown. The book highlights the strategies that are useful for grassroots/community organizing, which is very much applicable to the Wizarding World.

Here's a description of my Leviosa Panel: Both the Harry Potter Series and the Fantastic Beasts franchise spotlight characters who work outside the law and organize in their communities to counter the rise in extremism and intolerance. This panel will examine community organizing and resistance in the Wizarding World and how we can use that example to organize in our communities, operate inside or outside the law, and resist the both sides fallacy.
