Starring Sister Mary Whoopi Goldberg as well as Sister Mary Kathy Najimi, not to forget Mother Sister Mary Dame Maggie Smith, this movie was a surprise hit for non-believers. Elevated by the uplifting musical performances (with sinfully delicious handclaps), this movie almost made us want to go to church. Almost. But how does it hold up today, in the year of our lord?
