We have lockdowns going on with COVID-19 which leads me today to talk about physical health. I am certainly no expert on infectious disease. I do know that social distancing is a good idea right now and we are taking precautions at the office and in my house to be healthy. Taking precautions is one aspect (washing hands, social distancing) but the other part is staying healthy.
In times like these it is easy to forget to be active in staying healthy. I am going to make sure that I get fresh air, sleep well, eat well and workout to most effectively maintain my immune system.
